The city’s airport, Guglielmo Marconi, has flight connections to over 100 destinations across the world. The airport is also located just 7km away from the city centre and 12km away from FICO. The airport is served by bus, taxi and panoramic monorail, which make it very easy to get around conveniently and effortlessly.
For attendees coming from Italy or planning to be in the country before Food2050, then Bologna is also very well connected by train with Milan, Rome, Turin, Florence and Venice all being less than 2.5 hours away.
Bologna is also very easy to reach by car being served by three major highways, the A1, the A13 and the A14.
